    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparing cashflow reports, Raise invoice to client/tenants, Preparing monthly report.
    • Reconcile bank statement, Preparing audit schedule
    • Preparing audit schedule, Handle full set of accounts
    • Preparation of Daily Bank Statement indicating available cash balance.
    • Preparing payment vouchers, issue cheque or online payment details to purchase orders / sub contractors interim certificate.
    • Prepare remittance: TT/Bankers Cheque / Bank Guarantee.
    • Attend to enquiries from suppliers/subcontractors with regards to payments.
    • To carry out any other duties assigned by superior / management from time to time
    • Office hours 8am – 5pm (5 days/week)

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.

    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English

    • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

    • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting or relevant fields.

    • Experienced working in a Cosntruction company.

    • Ability to handle full set of accounts

    Site Safety Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct HIRARC and Tool Box Meeting
    • Keep and register safety records
    • Plan and install safety signage at site
    • Conduct safety induction and communicate ESH procedure to sub-contractors and visitors at site
    • Inspect sub-contractors’ works to ensure compliance with the established act and regulations
    • Liaise with JKKP/DOSH and authorized department ie. Bomba, KKM, CIDB and etc
    • Assist in scheduling waste collection and waste disposal
    • Undertake other duties and responsibilities delegated by Project Manager / Site Manager time to time

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma/Certificate in Safety
    • Must be registered as a certified Safety & Health Supervisor with DOSH (Yellow Book)
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience
    • Age below 35
    • Familiar with Health, Safety and Environmental standard
    • Compliance OSH legislations

    Quantity Surveyor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare tender documents and tender proposa
    • Attend site meeting and site valuation
    • Manage and evaluate certification of payment to Trade Contractors
    • Prepare contract administration work, monitor cost estimation and project cost control.
    • Maintain control of project drawings and records
    • Close final account with clients and trade contractors
    • Oversee procurement process to ensure compliance with design specification and budget plan and assist in cost analysis.
     

    Key Skills

    • Good interpersonal & communication skill

    • Team player yet self-confident and motivated individual

    • Familiar with pre and post contract management

    • Computer literate

    Job Requirements

    • Possess Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building

    • Fluent in Mandarin language, English and Bahasa Melayu

    • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandrin-speaking clients.

    • Minimum 1 year working experience in the construction industry

    • Malaysia Citizen only

    Land Surveyor (Contract)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Site setting out with the application of Autocad (highrise building & infrastructure works).
    • Site coordination and checking for alignments and levels.
    • Carry out boundary and level surveys associated with the jobsite.
    • Able to handle and care for survey instruments and equipments.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Land Surveying or its equivalent.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in highrise building construction / or related field is required for this position.
    • Required skill(s) : Autocad, survey software
    • Able to work under pressure pressure and independently.
    • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
    • Contract positions available.
    • Working Hour : Monday – Saturday (8.00am – 5.00pm)
